When you decide to arrange a pre-paid funeral, on of our professional funeral directors will meet with you and guide you through the process of compiling a Pre-Paid Funeral Agreement. We will support you to ensure that all of your wishes and requirements are carefully detailed.
To ensure that all of your instructions are carried out, we will issue you with a copy of the Pre-Paid Funeral Agreement, which specifies all of your wishes, and what we have agreed to do. This agreement is a legal document, and ensures that all of your specified wishes will be carried out.
A Pre-Paid Funeral Agreement ensures that your money is protected; it is your money not ours, and we will simply invest it for you. You will be given a copy of the Bond Certificate as evidence as to where your money is invested, as well as a copy of any cremation or cemetery deed, should they be purchased at the time of the arrangement, to secure the price with the crematorium or cemetery.
